Dr. Besho was an art major in college with a minor in Chemistry. Dentistry seemed to him like a perfect fit, and he still believes it is! After completing his undergraduate degree, he attended Fairleigh Dickinson Dental School and then completed a General Practice Residency at Overlook Hospital in Summit, NJ, where he was a Clinical Instructor for several years. He has practiced family, cosmetic and implant dentistry in East Brunswick since 1985, and he moved to his current, modern location in 2009. He is a proud member of the ADA, NJDA, Academy of Osseointegration and several dental study clubs and a winner of a lifetime Dental Achievement Award.
Dr. Besho believes strongly in continued education and is constantly learning new techniques and improving his skills, as evidenced by the many professional organizations he belongs to. He also donates his services to disadvantaged patients throughout the year and mentors pre-dental students from Rutgers and other universities. When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Besho enjoys spending time with his wife Annette, his daughter Alyssa, an insurance company V.P. specializing in Cyber Insurance, his son Joseph, a Vascular Surgeon in Houston and his youngest daughter, Alexa, a nurse. He is also an avid golfer and history buff.
Dr. Paidipati always knew she wanted to be a healthcare provider, and she loves dentistry. A graduate of Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine, she enjoys practicing general dentistry and improving the lives of her patients.

Compassion, Communication between doctor and patient, knowledge of different aspects of Dentistry and quality of dental care provided are some key elements of my practice philosophy. My ultimate goal is to bring healthy smiles by providing the best standard of care my patients deserve while giving them a pleasant experience at the dental office.”
Dr. Paidipati is a proud member of the American Dental Association and the New Jersey Dental Association.
When not working, Dr. Paidipati enjoys reading, cooking, traveling and spending time with her husband and two children.
